With summer time approaching, we need to start thinking about bug spray! I found this GREAT Organic recipe for Bug Spray that totally works!
(recipe from www.wholeliving.com)

Bugs Be Gone Spray

The most effective are the essential oils that have pungent, spicy, or woodsy odors. They repel insects by masking our natural scent. Cedarwood, citronella, eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary, and tea tree oils are among the most effective. Please remember that because of their potency and concentration, essential oils should ALWAYS be diluted when used in a spray.
Here's the recipe:
  1. Fill a 4-ounce spritzer bottle 2/3 full with water. (You can find these in the travel size toiletries section in Wal-Mart, Target, grocery stores, etc.)
  2. Add 4 to 6 drops of any combination of the oils listed above; eucalyptus, lavender, citronella, and cedarwood is a favorite blend.
  3. Spray clothes frequently -- every 10 to 15 minutes -- to successfully ward off insects. Do not spray on face!
